My goal is to bring awareness to your body and breath, and to connect you to your internal healing power.   It is an honor to work with you.

I graduated from UCSD in 1993 with a desire to do social work.  During my first job out of college, I decided to get certified in massage in order to bring balance into my own life.  Several years later, what started out as a hobby grew into a passion that resulted in me leaving my job and opening up my own healing practice.  I never looked back.  I look forward to working with you to meet your health goals.
